Motivate You Fitness & Personal Training Small Group Training- Lose the last 5 kilos – is a Program designed for you to get results.

The Program is designed for people that are not overweight, but need to lose about 5 kilos. So the program is perfect if;

  1. You have lost weight, but are struggling and just can’t get those last few kilograms off.
  2. You have exercised, but have either stagnated, plateaued, or never achieved the results you wanted.
  3. You are feeling frustrated and anxious about not being able to lose the last few kilograms, and annoyed at the way you look and feel.
  4. You are feeling lost about what you need to do to achieve your goals!
  5. You want to fit into that outfit you have dreamed about, you need to lose just a few kilos, and the special occasion is not far away!

This is not a Boot Camp program!

There is no yelling, no commando or army-style training, and no pressure to keep up with the fitter people in the group, nor the unfit people in the group. There is also no waiting around for people if you finish your exercises or workout early.

Traditional boot camps have people attending with different levels of fitness, different goals, needs and wants. Often, the groups are large with 30 or more people, making it difficult to meet your needs. Trying to cater to everyone often means that no-one is catered for.

Boot camp one size-fits-all workouts can be annoying for someone who is not just starting out, has lost weight, and/or needs support to lose 5 or so kilograms. Boot camps are also about attending “classes” or “sessions”.

This is a Program.

Everyone in the group is working towards the same goals.

The Program is “intermediate-level”; meaning that everyone will be at the same basic fitness level, and the exercises are based on you already having a basic foundation in fitness. You will not train in a group with super-fit athletes or people that need to lose many kilograms. This is also a natural progression for people that have gone through the “Fat loss for Beginners” Program.

The Program is also about accountability and commitment to reach your goals.

The Program is a 4-Week Program, runs 3 sessions per week, and it essential that you attend all 3 sessions (12 sessions per month). You can check out the options for times and locations on our schedule page.

The workouts, training program and nutritional support have been designed to optimise fat loss, toning, and losing 5 kilograms; and to increase in intensity from the previous week. Similar to our exclusive 1-1 Program, but the Program is delivered in a group setting and at a fraction of the cost. You also have the support of like-minded people within the group.

The Program runs month to month, and commences the first week of the month and finishes the last week of the month.
