The Motivate You Fitness & Personal Training ’50 and Fit’ program involves a gentle Group Exercise Program for men and women over 50 years of age developed and run by our specially qualified Fitness Instructors and Exercise Physiologist.
The Program aims to increase participants’ quality of life by improving muscle strength and balance, reducing falls and injuries, promoting personal well-being and independence and providing a fun and sociable exercise option.
Written medical clearance from your medical practitioner is required to participate in the 50 and Fit Program.
The Program is suitable for those with stable chronic health conditions, such as diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, hypertension, osteoporosis, joint replacement or those who have previously lived a sedentary lifestyle.
The Program is a 4-Week Program, runs 3 sessions per week, and it essential that you attend all 3 sessions (12 sessions per month). You can check out the options on our schedule page.
The workouts, training program and nutritional support have been designed to optimise strength, core, balance and general health – and to increase in intensity from the previous week.
